as a Regular Member of the Code Enforcement

Comprehensive Plan Amendment/Land Use Change, to
Section 16-2, Subsection (a), Base Application
Fees; Providing for Severability; Providing for
Codification Providing an Effective Date. (Staff

B) Ordinance - First Reading - Providing for the
Regulation of Parades; Authorizing the Chief Law
Enforcement Officer to Receive Application and

*D) Consideration of Bid Award to Johnson-Davis Inc. of
Lantana, Florida, in the Amount of $478,154.50 for
the Well 25 Installation Project and Completion of
the Raw Water Main Associated Therewith, Having a
Total FY 1994 Project Budget Allocation of $682,440
as well as the Bid Award for the Alternate Bid
Pertaining to the LePark to Heritage Oaks
Distribution Main Project in the amount of $24,890
Having an FY 1994 Water Enterprise Capital
Improvement Fund Budget Allocation of $38,750.

agenda item. Please complete a "Comments By The Public" card snd give it to the Recording Secretary. When your name is called, please step up to the podium
and state, for the record, yarr name and address.
PUBLIC HEARINGS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard on an official agenda item under the section entitled "Public Hearings."
COMMUNICATIONS
FROM CITIZENS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard concerning any matter under the section entitled "Communications From
Citizens."
OTHER AGENDA ITEMS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard oo any official agenda item when the Village Council calls for public
comments.
Village Council Meetings are public business meetings, and as such, the Village Council retains the right to limit discussion on any issue
NOTE: Disabled persons who need an accommodation in order to
participate in this Village Council Meeting are requested to
contact the Village Manager's Office at 575-6200 at least three ( 3 )
working days before this Meeting. Hearing impaired persons please
note that wireless Hearing Assistance System transmitters are
