APPOINTMENTS A) Code Enforcement Board *1) Consideration of Reappointment of Paul Brienza as a Regular Member of the Code Enforcement Board for a Three-Year Term Expiring on September 28, 1998 (Staff Recommends Approval) *2) Consideration of Reappointment of Mark Hartman as a Regular Member of the Code Enforcement Board, with said Term Expiring on September 28, 1998. (Staff Recommends Approval) B) Firefighter Pension Board *1) Consideration of Reappointment of Mayor Ron T. (Staff Recommends Approval) B) Ordinance - First Reading - Amending Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances at Section 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta at Section 7- 4, Relating to Meetings; Records; Approval of Plans; Appeals from Board and Decisions of the Community. OTHER AGENDA ITEMS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard on any official agenda item when the Village Council calls for public comments. Village Council Meetings are public business meetings, and as such, the Village Council retains the right to limit discussion on any issue.
