STREET TO THE TITLE; BY AMENDING SUB-SECTION (A),

Providing for Codification; Providing an Effective
Date. (Staff Recommends Approval)
B) Ordinance - First Reading - Amending Chapter 7 of
the Code of Ordinances at Section 7 of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta at Section 7-
4, Relating to Meetings; Records; Approval of
Plans; Appeals from Board and Decisions of the

PUBLIC HEARINGS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard on an official agenda item under
the section entitled "Public Hearings.'
COMMUNICATIONS
FROM CITIZENS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard concerning any matter under the section
entitled "Communications From Citizens.'
OTHER AGENDA ITEMS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard on any official agenda item when the
Village Council calls for public comments.
Village Council Meetings are public business meetings, and as such, the Village Council retains the right to
limit discussion on any issue.
