Ordinances at Chapter 11.5, Article II, Relating to
�he Operation of Heavy Trucks, at Section 11.5-13.1
(b)(3) so as to Specifically Provide that Trucks
_ Engaged in' Delivering Goods or Services to
Destination Points within the Village of Tequesta
which are Accessible Only by IIsing a Street or
Streets Restricted to Truck Traffic by this
Ordinance may be Permitted to make Concurrent
Deliveries of Goods or Services to Destination
Points Outside the Corporate Limits of the Village
in the Event said Deliveries are Part of the Same
Trip; Providing for Severability; Providing for
Repeal of Ordinances and Conflict; Providing for
Codification; Providing an Effective Date. (Staff
Recommends Approval)

agenda item. Please complete a "Comments By The Public" card and give it to the Recording Secretary. When your name is called, please step up to the podium
and state, for the record, your name and address.
PUBLIC HEARINGS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard on an official agenda item under the section entitled "Public Hearings."
COMMUNICATIONS
FROM CITIZENS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard concerning any matter under the section entitled "Communications From
Citizens."
OTHER AGENDA ITEMS: Any citizen is entitled to be beard on any official agenda item when the Village Council calls for public
comments.
Village Council Meetings are public business meetings, and as such, the Village Council retains the right to limit discussion on any issue
