HomeMy WebLinkAboutNotice_Planning and Zoning_Tab _03/17/2016 �� r ;. yl; : PUBLIC NOTICE OF HE�1RI1�C� VILLAGE OF TEQ�E�T�1 PLANN1iVG AND ZOIUiiVG BDARD IV1�ETi�VG The Planning and Zoning Board of the Viliage of Tequesta will conduct a Public Hearing in the Village Council Chambers at Village Hall, 345 Tequesta Drive in Tequesta, Florida on March 17, 2016 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible and continuing from time to time and place to place as necessary to consider and mal<e recommendations to the Village Council regarding the following development applications: SPM 03-16: Application by TD Banl<, National Association for a minor site plan modification to install five (5) bollards at the main entrance to the building. The address of the proposed modification is 215 S. US Highway 1, I equesta, Florida, 33469. SP�O/! 04-16: Application from Lumiere Corporate Offices for a site plan modification to install new landscaping; resurface and restripe an existing parl<ing lot; change the exterior building color; and for addit.ional site improvements, The property owner is White Rabbit Properties, LLC. The address of the proposed modification is 731 US Highway 1, Tequesta, Florida, 33469. Related documents are available for inspection and copying in the office of the Village Clerl< at the Village Hall, Monday through Friday during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time, as necessary. �111 interested persons are encouraged to come to the Public Hearing and be heard. If ��erson decides to appeal any decision made by the Tequesta Planning And Zoning Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, he or she wiil need to insure that a verba�tim record of the proceedings is made, which record should inciude the testimony and evidence from uvhich the appeal is to be based.
