be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will
be no separate discussion of these items unless a Village
Councilmember or citizen so requests, in which event, the
item will be removed from the Consent Agenda of Business
and considered in its normal sequence on the Agenda.

1) 1991 Ford Ranger 4-Wheel Drive Pick-Up Truck,

2) 1989 Ford Crown Victoria Police Car

ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which
record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is
to be based."

The public is encowsged to offer comments to the Village Council at their meetings during Public Hearings, Communications from Citizens and on any other
agenda item. Please complete a "Comments By The Public" card and give it to the Recording Secretary. When your name is called, please step up to the podium
and state, for the record, your name and address.
PUBLIC HEARINGS: Any citizen is entitled to be beard on an official agenda item under the section entitled "Public Hearings."
COMMUNICATIONS
FROM CITIZENS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard concerning any matter under the section entitled "Communications From
Citzena."
OTHER AGENDA ITEMS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard on any official agenda item when the Village Council calls for public
comments.
Village Council Meetings are public buaincss meetings, and as such, the Village Council retains the right to limit discussion on any issue
