ORDER GRANTING APPLICATION
FOR MINOR SITE PLAN MODIFICATION
This cause was heard upon the above application and the Tequesta Planning and Zoning Board
considered the evidence presented by the Applicant and other interested persons at a hearing called
and properly noticed for March 17, 2016. The Planning and Zoning Board being otherwise duly
advised, THEREUPON, THE TEQUESTA PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD FINDS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Subject Property is located in the C-2 community commercial district in the Village
of Tequesta.
2. The Applicant submitted all documents required by the Village's Code of Ordinances for
Planning and Zoning Board review and final action.
3. The application, all supporting documents, and presentation materials were reviewed by
the Planning and Zoning Board at a meeting on March 17, 2016, and as kept on file by
the Village, are made a part of this order and incorporated by reference.
4. According to section 22-53, Village Code of Ordinances, approval by the Village Plan-
ning and Zoning Board is required because the site plan modification does not exceed
ten thousand dollars in estimated costs and does not change the footprint, height, number
of stories, or square footage of any building.
5. The Applicant has applied for approval of a minor site plan modification.
6. Under the Village Code of Ordinances, the Planning and Zoning Board has the right,

power and authority to act upon the Applicant's request.
IT IS THEREUPON CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
The application for a minor site plan modification in case number SPM 03-16 to
install five black bollards, 6" in diameter, at between 5' minimum and 20' maximum
from the front entry doors
at the Subject Property in the Village of Tequesta, Palm Beach County, Florida, attached to this
order as Exhibit A is hereby APPROVED.
Please note:
■ The term Appliccznt(s) as used here shall include all successors and assigns.
■ The Applicant's site plan approval shall expire in twelve (12) months unless a building permit
has been obtained in accordance with Sec. 78-334(9). If the building permit expires or is voided,
the site plan approval also expires or becomes void.
