S. Army Corps of Engineer Commanders' position of the Jacksonville District office. Florida's economy ~.s our environment. Without wise water management, our way of life and economy will be destroyed. At this time it is critical to maintain stability at the helm of the Army Corps of Engineers. We are asking that your jurisdiction adopt a resolution as soon as possible encouraging the extension of Colonel Paul L. Grosskruger as Commander of aacksonville, District, U. S. Army Corps of Engineers beyond his anticipated .normal rotation date of July, 2009. For the first time in this last year and one- half we have begun to make progress solving these complex water issues because of Colonel Grosskruger's inclusive leadership style.
