�he Plar�r�ing anc� Zoning Board of the Village of Tequesta wili condu�t a Public Hearing in the Village
Council Chamb�rs at Village Hall, 345 Tequesta Drive in Tequesta, Florida on July 21, 2016 at 5:30
p.m., or as sflon thereafter as possible �nd continuing from tirr,e to time and place to place as
necessary to consider and mal<e recommendations to the Village Council regarding the following
develop�er�t a�pli�at�ons:
SPM 07-16: Applicatson �rorra Eller� ar�� John C�rasto�oulos for a site pla�a m��ifi�ation to
replace a kitchen door and side light with high-is�ropa�t windows and to replace the entry door
and sidelight with a new impact door. The prop�sed wall col�r will match the existing building
color. Th2 address of th� property is 325 Beach R�a�, Unit 106, Tequesta, Florid� 33469.
SPM 08-16: Application from EIl2n D. and Christ�pher T. I<ennedy for a site plan mo�ifica#ion
to replace exterior railing and sli�ing glass doo�s wath new impact windows on the south
elevatior� and modify doo�s and windows on the �oeth elevation. The proposed wal! color wil9
match the existing building color. The �ddress o� the property is 1500 Beach Road, llnit 201
Tequesta, Florida 33469.

change the exterior building color, replace th� existing roof with a metal panel roofing syste�,
