The application includes interior modifications which wi91 nut affect the existing storefront exterior. The p{aza owner is Tamwest Realty, Inc. d/b/a County Line Piaza. The address of the proposed special exception is 658 South US Highway 1, Tequesta, FL 33469. 3. SPM 11-16: Applicatian of Alfred J& Helen Hartwiger for site plan rrfodification to replace fa�r (4) existing garage doors with new hurricane imp�ct doors. The color of the proposed garage doors will match existing. The address of the proposed site plan modificatior� os 250 S US Highway 1 Unit 22, Tequesta, FL 33469.
