BACKGROUND & STAFF ANALYSIS Apex Texaco Service Station is located at 250 South Highway 1 in the C-2 Community Commercial zoning district, on the corner of Bridge Road and US Highway 1. The applicant is proposing to modify the existing site by replacing four (4) existing garage doors with new hurricane impact doors. The four existing garage doors contain windows, while the new doors will not contain windows. The color of the new garage doors will match existing. The new garage doors will meet current hurricane impact standards. The applicant provided photos of both existing and proposed garage doors, as well as specifications for the new garage doors. IV. FINAL REMARKS This development application met the requirements set on Section 78-334 notice of hearing. The notice of hearing was advertised on September 4, 2016.
