Planning Agency of the Village of Tequesta will conduct a Public Hearing in the Village Hall located at the Village Council Chambers located at 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida on October 6, 2016 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible and continuing from time to time and place to place as necessary to consider and mal<e recommendations to the Village Council regarding the following proposed ordinance: ORDINANCE NO. 1�.-16 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ORDINANCES AT CHAPTER 78. ZOiVIIVG; A�' ARTICLE VI. SCHEDULE OF D9STRICT REGULATIONS, DIVISION 2. SCHEDULE C7F USE REGULATIONS, AT SECTION 78-180, MU MIXED USE DISTRICT, SUBSECTION (I) SPECIAL EXCEPTION USES, NUMBER (16) REHABILITATION FACILITIES, TO INCREASE THE MAXIMUM PERCENTAGE OF ALLOWED TWO BEDROOM DWELLING UNITS FROM 40% TO 45%; PROVIDING THAT EA�H AND EVERY OTHER SECTION AND SUBSECTION OF CHAPTER 78. SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AS PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED; PR�VIDING A CONFLICTS CLAUSE, A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND AUThORITY TO CODIFY; PROVIDING AN EFFE�TIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. Imrr�ediateiy following the Local Planning Agency, the Pianning and Zoning Board of the Village of Tequesta will conduct a Public Hearing in the Village Council Chambers located at 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469, from time to time and place to place as n�cessary to act upon th2 following development application(s): SPIVI �3-16. Application of GMH Tequesta Holdings LLC to revise previously approved plan to utilize an existing 118,716 square foat thr2e-story building and adjacent grounds as a Rehabilitation Facility in the mixed used (M-U) district pursuant to section 78-331 and 78-180 (i) (16) of the Village of Tequesta Code of Ordinance. The application includes interior modifications which wil! not affect the existing building exterior. The address of the proposed site is plan is 70101d Dixie Highway, Teq�esta. Related documents are available for inspection and copying in the office of the Village Clerl< at the Village Hall, Monday through Friday during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Public Hearings may be continued from time to time, as necessary. Ail interested persons are encouraged to come to the Public Hearings and be heard. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Planning and Zoning Board or the Local Planning Agency with respect to any matter considered at such meetings or hearings, he or she will need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record should include the testimony and evidence from which the appeal is to be based.
