You have asked us how much we would charge to determine the cost impact of crediting 3% interest on
employee contributions. To prepare our report, our charges will range from $600 to $800. Without doing any
formal work, I can tell you that this benefit would be very inexpensive. The Village's annual cost would likely
increase by less than 0.20% of covered payroll.
