BRADSHAW AND TEQUESTA POLICE DEPARTMENT This First Addendum to the Mutual Aid Agreement is made by and between Ric L. Bradshaw, Sheriff of Palm Beach County, Florida and the Tequesta Police Department. The Sheriff and Tequesta PD shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Subscribing Law Enforcement Agencies." WHEREAS, the Subscribing Law Enforcement Agencies executed a Mutual Aid Agreement effective September 27, 2006, by which they could request and render law enforcement assistance in the "county pocket", and WHEREAS, the Subscribing Law Enforcement Agencies wish to include the enforcement of Palm Beach County Ordinances to the scope of the Mutual Aid Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 1 (PROVISION FOR VOLUNTARY COOPERATION) is amended as follows: a. The Subscribing Law Enforcement Agencies hereby approve and enter into this Agreement whereby each of the Agencies may request and render law enforcement assistance to the other for the purposes of jointly addressing traffic enforcement, criminal activity, and violations of the Palm Beach County Code of Ordinances within a "county pocket" located just south of Coral Cove Park, 19450 State Road 707, Tequesta, Florida, described more fully in Exhibit "A". 2. In all other respects, the terms and conditions of the Mutual Aid Agreement shall continue unchanged and in full force and effect. ~f IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this endum to the Mutual Aid Agreement as of the last date all signatures below ar ed. Then on the East side of the road, 50 yards north of the most Southern boundary and beginning at the center of the paved road and running East until reaching the waters edge of the Atlantic Ocean; traveling north 5/10 of a mile to the most northern border of the park East of the road; Further described by split-rail fencing present on the Western side of the road and running 5/10 of a mile parallel to ICW and road. Additionally, located on the East side of the road 4/10 of a mile North of the most Southern point of the park's property is the main entrance to the park, this is denoted by a large predominately brown sign with the proper name "Coral Cove County Park" affixed as well as the park's address 19450 S.R. 707. The Town of Tequesta has one numerical address prior to the most Southern part of the park's property that being 1550 and a second numerical address of 400 that is further north and is surrounded by park property.
