TAXATION. OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA BY
AMENDING ARTICLE IV. PUBLIC SERVICE TAX, DIVISION 2. ELECTRICITY, GAS
AND WATER., SECTION 70-121, BY REDUCING THE PUBLIC SERVICE TAX ON
THE PURCHASE OF WATER FROM 6% TO 3%; LEAVING THE PUBLIC SERVICE
TAX ON THE PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY, NATURAL GAS, LIQUEFIED
