Aiatur<rt .. d f r c%aity :ngredants March 2, 2017 Honorable Mayor and Council Members Village of Tequesta 345 Tequesta Drive Tequesta, FL 33469 Re: Austrade Office Building Absence from March 9, 2017 Variance Hearing Dear Honorable Mayor and Council Members: I wanted to thank the Mayor and Village Council for the opportunity to give a presentation to the Council on February 9, 2017 regarding a development proposal for a new office building (the "Project") to be located on US Highway 1 within the incorporated limits of the Village to be utilized for the operation of our companies, Austrade, Inc. and Lekithos, Inc., currently located in the City of Palm Beach Gardens. As you might be aware, our development team is scheduled to make a presentation to the Village Council at the March 9, 2017 Village Council meeting regarding certain variances that are being requester for the Project. The purpose of this letter is to inform the Council that 1 will not be able to attend said Village Council meeting since i will be attending Natural Products Expo West 2017 . in Anaheim, CA as a necessary task for our business operations. 1 apologize in advance for my absence, and 1 resnectfull`,,•' request from the Village that a favorable vote will be granted to the requested variances allowing us to move forward with the proposed Project.
