PUBLIC NOTICE
VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA
PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD MEETING
The Planning and Zoning Board of the Village of Tequesta will conduct a Public Hearing in the Village
Hall located at the Village Council Chambers located at 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida on
March 16, 2017 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible and continuing from time to time and
place to place as necessary to act upon the following development application(s):
SPM 02-17: Application from American Legion Rood-Williams Post No. 271 Inc. to modify all
exterior building wall and trim colors per Sec. 22-53 (b). The address of the property is 775 N.
U.S. Hwy 1, Tequesta, Florida, 33469.
VAR 02-17: Application from Mary E. Hester as Trustee of the Mary E. Hester Revocable Trust
to either modify or rescind 1993 Variance Agreement per Sec. 78-66. The address of the
property is 356 Church Road, Tequesta, Florida, 33469.
Related documents are available for inspection and copying in the office of the Village Clerk at the
Village Hall, Monday through Friday during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Public
Hearings may be continued from time to time, as necessary. All interested persons are encouraged to
come to the Public Hearings and be heard.
if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Planning and Zoning Board with respect to any
matter considered at such meetings or hearings, he or she will need to ensure that a verbatim record
of the proceedings is made, which record should include the testimony and evidence from which the
appeal is to be based. The Village of Tequesta does not provide such a record.
