236 US Highway One, LLC ( "Owner")
To whom it may concern:
The purpose of this letter is to confirm that 236 US Highway One, LLC is the Owner of the restaurant site
located at 236 US Highway One Tequesta, Florida. Our Tenant is Lou's Cafe, LLC. The Owner has
consented to and authorizes the Tenant to apply for and obtain the liquor variance necessary for the
operation of the Tenants restaurant or any other restaurant use at this location. The Owner's
representative, Jeff Collins, is authorized to represent the Owner's interests in any dealings with the
Village of Tequesta regarding this variance, Including at any public hearing considering the variance.
