Iff. BACKGROUND&STAFF ANALYSIS
The Island House South West Condominium building was built in 1968.The proposed application
does not increase the square footage of existing condominium unit.
The subject application is requesting replace a kitchen door and side light with high-impact
windows and to replace the entry door and sidelight with a new impact door.The proposed wall
color will match existing building color.The Village has processed similar applications in 2012 and
2016.
IV. FINAL REMARKS
This development application met the requirements set on Section 78-33�notice of hearing. The
notice of hearing was advertised on May 7, 2017.

such application for Planning and Zoning Board review wit�hin 45 days of receipt of a completed application.

Fee:a$300.00 fee plus an additional fee based on the esti: ated cost of work applies.

consultant fees and special studies,the applicant shall compensate the illage for all such costs prior to the processing of
the application or not later than 30 days after final application approv I whichever is determined as appropriate by the

The applicant will submit to the Village of Tequesta Departm�ent of Community Development the following
documents for Planning&Zoning Board review, forty-five busine�s(45j days prior to the meeting date:
1 J Three (3) complete applicption packages including ful/ 24x36 plan size drawings and/or plans for
preliminary staff review. Once staff comments have been provi ed and addressed, the applicant is to re-submit
for Board or Council review as reguired below.
ZJ Fourteen (14) 11x17 sets and Two (2J full size sets of profe sionally prepared site plans showing al(existing
and proposed structures, setbacks, parking and loading layout, ingress and egress, sidewalks and walkways,
exterior lighting layout, dimensions of street frontages,property lir�es and atl signage.

3J Fourteen (14) 11x17 sets and Two (2J ful! size sets of La�ndscaping Plans in accordance with Village of
Tequesta Code of Ordinances, Division IV, Lpndscaping.
4J Fourteen (14J 11x17 sets of multi-dimensional color renderi gs and/or photographs are to be provided. The
Planning& Zoning Board requires an exact rendering of the propo ed modification, construction or addition. Color
photographs or prints as close to the actual colors to be used mu�t be supplied. Since color printers often do not
display the correct color, it rs recommended that samples of the �naint chips, as wel! crs a sample of the support
