VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA
PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD MEETING
The Planning and Zoning Board of the Village of Tequesta will conduct a Public Hearing in the Village
Hall located at the Village Council Chambers located at 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida on May
1$, 2017 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible and continuing from time to time and place to
place as necessary to act upon the following development application(sj:
SPM 3-17 : Application from Roswitha S. Wood Trust for a site plan modification to
replace a kitchen door and side light with high-impact windows and to replace the entry door
and side light with a new impact door. The proposed wall color will match the existing
building color. The address of the property is 325 Beach Road, Unit 205, Tequesta, Florida
33469.
SPR 1-17: Application from Branch Banking and Trust Company (BB&T) for a site plan review to
demolish an existing two-story structure and build a one-story 2,290 sq. ft. building. The
application includes site improvements, one (1) monument sign, and a new landscaping plan.
The address of the property is 101 N. US Highway One,Tequesta, Florida, 33469.
SPR 2-17: Application from Branch Banking and Trust Company (BB&T) for a site plan review to
modify the existing structure and provide a one-story 4,000 sq. ft. building. The application
includes site improvements and a new landscaping plan. The address of the property is 20
Waterway Road,Tequesta, Florida, 33469.
Related documents are available for inspection and copying in the office of the Village Clerk at the
Village Hall, Monday through Friday during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Public
Hearings may be continued from time to time, as necessary. All interested persons are encouraged to
come to the Public Nearings and be heard.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Planning and Zoning Board with respect to any
matter considered at such meetings or hearings, he or she will need to ensure that a verbatim record
of the proceedings is made, which record should include the testimony and evidence from which the
appeal is to be based. The Vil{age of Tequesta does not provide such a record.
