Palm Beach County has extended the contract an additional year with Vulcan Signs. Vulcan Signs has agreed to extend the piggyback to the Village of Tequesta for an additional year. AND THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA i THIS ADDENDUM is meant to supplement the "Contract for the Fabrication & Manufacturing of Signs" between Vulcan, Inc. and the Village of Tequesta, based on the Palm I� Beach County Contract #300495/JS and subsequent renewal #300495B dated February 13, � 2017. Paragraph 1 of the CONTRACT FOR THE FABRICATION & MANUFACTURING OF SIGNS is amended to extend the term of the agreement for an additional year, as foliqws: "The term of this contract is extended to April 14, 2018, pursuant to Palm Beach County renewal #300495B and the letter authorizing extension from Vulcan Signs, dated May 10, 2017,which are attached as Exhibit A." All other terms, conditions and rates remain the same.
