The proposed application includes painting the existing monument sign to match current color and installing a new wall sign. The address of the property is 236 US Highway One, Tequesta, Florida 33469. SPM 5-17 : Application from John J. Walsh Jr. & Maria A. Walsh for a site plan modification to replace a kitchen door and side light with high-impact windows and to replace the entry door and side light with a new impact door. The proposed wall color will match the existing building color. The address of the property is 325 Beach Road, Unit 107,Tequesta, Florida 33469. SPR 3-17: Application of Bartl Real Estate Inc. for a site plan review to build a four (4) level 15,296 sq. ft. office building. The application includes a landscaping plan, one (1) monument sign, and other site improvements on the parcel. The property is located on US Highway 1 between Palm Court and Harbor Road South in Tequesta, Florida, 33469. The legal description for the property is JUPITER HEIGHTS LTS 1 TO 9 INC & ABND 40 FT STRIP LYG W & ADJ THERETO BLK 5. The Parcel Control Number for the property is 60-43-40-30-02-005-0010. Immediately following the Planning and Zoning Board Public Hearing, the Planning and Zoning Board sitting as the Local Planning Agency of the Village of Tequesta will conduct a Public Hearing in the Village Council Chambers located at 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469, continuing from time to time and place to place as necessary to consider and make recommendations to the Village Council regarding the following proposed ordinance: ORDINANCE NO. 06-17 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEqUESTA, FLORIDA, AMENDING ITS CODE OF ORDINANCES AT CHAPTER 14. BUILDINGS AND BUILDING REGULATIONS. ARTICLE II. BUILDINGS. BY REPEALING SECTION 14-34. TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE RESIDENTIAL ADOPTED. IN ORDER TO UTILIZE MORE STRINGENT STANDARDS CONTAINED IN THE CURRENT VERSION OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE RESIDENTIAL; PROVIDING THAT EACH AND EVERY OTHER SECTION AND SUBSECTION OF CHAPTER 14. BUILDINGS AND BUILDING REGULATIONS. Related documents are available for inspection and copying in the office of the Village Clerk at the Village Hall, Monday through Friday during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Public Hearings may be continued from time to time, as necessary. All interested persons are encouraged to come to the Public Hearings and be heard. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Planning and Zoning Board with respect to any matter considered at such meetings or hearings, he or she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record should include the testimony and evidence from which the appeal is to be based.
