Dover Road Tequesta, Florida 33469 Legal Description: TEQUESTA JiJPITER IN THE PINES SEC B LOT 28 /LESS W 3.89 FT/& W 1/2 OF LOT 29 BLK 16 PCN: 60-42-40-25-06-016-0281 The Special Magistrate appointed by the Village Council to hear code compliance cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, heard testimony at the Code Compliance Hearing held on May 18, 2017. Based on the evidence and testimony presented, the following Findings of Fact, Conclusion of Law, and Order Finding Violation are hereby entered: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. &espondent was not present at the hearing. There was a finding of proper notice: 2. Code Compliance Of�icer Joe Petrick provided testimony and evidence of the violations, as contained in the Village's evidentiary case file which was accepted into evidence. 3. As of the hearing on May 18, 2017, based on testimony presented by the Code Compliance Officer, the properiy was in compliance with Chapter 30, Article II, Section 30-33 and Chapter 78, Article IX, Sections 78-306 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, but did not achieved compliance by the date in the Notice of Violation. The pro}�erty was not in compliance with Chapter 78, Article 1X, Section 78- 398 and Chapter 78, Article X, Section 78-693 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta and IPMC Sections 303.6 (Exterior Walls), adopted through Section 14-121 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. CONCLUSION OF LAW The above-stated facts constitute a violation of Violation of Chapter 30, Article II, Section 30-33, Chapter 78, Article IX, Sections 78-306 and 78-398, and Chapter 78, Article X, Section 78-
