8. ORDINANCE 06-17, SECOND READING, AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, AMENDING ITS CODE OF
ORDINANCES AT CHAPTER 14. BUILDINGS AND BUILDING REGULATIONS.
ARTICLE II. BUILDINGS. BY REPEALING SECTION 14-34. TECHNICAL
AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE RESIDENTIAL ADOPTED. IN
ORDER TO UTILIZE MORE STRINGENT STANDARDS CONTAINED IN THE
CURRENT VERSION OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE RESIDENTIAL;
PROVIDING THAT EACH AND EVERY OTHER SECTION AND SUBSECTION OF
CHAPTER 14. BUILDINGS AND BUILDING REGULATIONS. SHALL REMAIN IN
FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AS PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED; PROVIDING A

plan review to demolish an existing two-story structure and build a one-story 2,290 sq.
ft. building. The application includes site improvements, one (1) monument sign, and a

Tequesta, Florida, 33469.
