Village's share Of US 1 Project Costs. A resolution of the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, Palm Beach County, Florida, appropriating Fund Balance of$50,147.00 from the Capital Improvement Fund#301, to fund the US 1 Project Costs. RESOLUTION NO. 30-17 A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, INCREASING THE FISCAL YEAR 2016/2017 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND #301 BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING FUND BALANCE IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,147.00 TO FUND THE RECONFIGURATION OF U.S. HIGHWAY ONE FROM ALTERNATE AlA/BEACH ROAD TO COUNTY LINE ROAD; AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO PROCEED ON BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES; WHEREAS, a Locally Funded Agreement (LFA) was executed with the Florida Department of Transportation on September 27,2016 for this project; WHEREAS,the projects financial estimate is $108,083.00; WHEREAS, the amount currently on deposit with the Florida Department of Transportation for this project is $57,936.00; WHEREAS, the remaining balance due to the Florida Department of Transportation for the project is $50,147.00; NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA,PALM BEACH COUNTY,FLORIDA,AS FOLLOWS: Section 1 Resolution No. 30-17 is hereby approved increasing the Fiscal Year 2016/2017 Capital Improvement Fund#301 Budget by appropriating Fund Balance in the amount of$50,147.00 to fund the reconfiguration of U.S. Highway One from Alternate A1A/Beach Road to County Line Road; authorizing the Village Manager to proceed on behalf of the Village providing for severability; providing an effective date; and for other purposes. Section 2 This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
