Section 3 Pursuant to Section 2G-5 of the �illage Code of(hdinances, the Village Councit af the Yillage of Tequesta hereby confirms by Proclamation the State of Fmergency Deciaraiion issued on September 5, 2017 for#he Village of Tequesta due to Hurricane Irma, all emergency regula#ions activa#ed under the provisians of Chapter 26 af the V'�ilage Code of Ordinances, and the designation of the Fire Chief as the Emergency Management Director for the Village for so long as the local state af emergency continnes in effect.
