The Special Magistrate appointed by the Village Council to hear code compliance cases
for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard
testimony at the Code Compliance Hearing held on the 18`� day of October, 2017, and based on
the evidence and testimony presented, entered an Order Granting Continuance of the Fine
Assessment I-�earing. Tlie following Findings ofF-act, �onclusions ofZaw and �rder are fiereby
entered:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. The Respondent is the owner of the above-described property.
2. The Respondent was not present at the hearing; however, there was a finding of
proper no�ice.
3. Based upon the evidence,pictures and testimony presented at the hearing on October 18,
2017,the Special Magistrate found that the properiy remained in violation of Section 46-73.
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
TI1ie above-stated �acts constitute a continuing violation of-�ection 46=T3 of the �ode o�
Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.

ORDER
It is the Order of the Special Magistrate that this matter be continued. The Respondent is
hereby ordered to comply with Section 46-73 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of
Tequesta within seven (7) days. If the Respondent fails to achieve compliance within seven (7)
days, a daily Fine of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per day may be imposed for each day the violation
continues to exist.
Assessment of administrative costs in the amount of$188.96 incur►-ed by the Village for
the June 21, ZOl� heST'lrig IS 110reb}�REAFFIRMED.
Please take notice that you must appear at the Fine Assessment Hearing which will be held
on the l6`h day of November, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Village Hall Council Chambers, 345
Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469 unless the Code Enforcement Officer certifies that you
have timely brought your property into compliance.
Upon complying in any code compliance matter, it is always the responsibility of the
Respondent to contact the Code Compliance Division at (56l) 768-0506 to request a re-
inspection of the property.
