Dover Road Tequesta, Florida 33469 -L-egal -Bescriptimr. :TitPI-TER I�V TI�E PIi��3 SEC B LT 28 / LESS W 3.89 FT / & W '/2 OF LOT 29 BLK 16 PCN: 60-42-40-25-06-0 l 6-0281 The Special Magistrate appointed by the Village Council to hear code compliance cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard t�stimon}� �t the Gode Gomplianee �peclal Mag�str�te Hea�ing held on the 1$`h day of Octoher, 2017 and based on the evidence and testimony presented, entered an Order Assessing Fine. The following Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order are hereby entered: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. The Respondent is the owner of the above-described property. Page 1 of 2 2. The Respondent was not present at the hearing; however, there was a finding of proper notice. 3. By the "Order Granting Continuance Fine Assessment Hearing" dated August 2l, 2017, the Special Magistrate ordered the Respondent to comply with Sections 30- 33, 78-306, 78-398, and 78-693 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta and IPMC 303.6 on or before September 17, 2017. 4. Based upon the evidence, pictures and testimony presented at the hearing on October 18, 2017, the Special Magistrate found that the properiy had come into compliance with Sections 30-33, 78-306, 78-398, and 78-693 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta and IPMC 303.6, but not by the time specific in the previous order. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW The above-stated facts constitute a continuing violation of Sections 30-33, 78-306, 78- 398, and 78-693 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta and IPMC 303.6. ORDER It is the Order of the Special Magistrate that a Fine of One Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($125.00) is hereby assessed, at Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day, for the violations which have-�isted�on�the-proper�ty beginning-from September 17, 2E}17 through �eptember 21, 2417, a period of five (5) days. The Respondent also is assessed $186.98 for administrative costs incurred by the Village for the October 18, 2017 hearing. A certified copy of this Order may be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach CnuntX,_Elnrida,_and,_once_xe.c.or�d,_shalls.�nstitute_a-l�n-against-the-Prn�rtY up-nn vahich_the violation exists and upon any other real or personal property owned by the Respondent, pursuant to Chapter 162,Florida Statutes.
