Subject: Tequesta Brewing Company (TBC) Anniversary Party
This memo is in reference to Tequesta Brewing Company's anniversary party. The
police department has two concerns; emergency vehicle access and security for
the Tequesta Brewing Company.
After reviewing the permit application, it appears that the police department will
be able to access the shops near the Tequesta Brewing Company. The police
department can enter the shopping center via the south parking lot entrance, or
by the alleyway, behind the shops.
The police department recommends the Tequesta Brewing Company hire extra
private security personnel for the anniversary party. Due to the number of
expected people, along with the consumption of alcoholic beverages, there is
added potential for disturbances.

SUBJECT: Tequesta Brewing Company (TBC) Anniversary Party
Issue: The prime concern with this event is accessibility for emergency
vehicle personnel having clear access to enter the premises.
The planned area has been evaluated and I believe that emergency vehicles
will have accessibility. However, the intended party needs to ensure clearance
is provided for the fire department to access fire hydrants, fire lanes and access
fire department connections at all times. In addition, all vehicles must be parked
in designated parking spaces. Should the event include the use of one or more
tents, a $35.00 Fire Inspection Fee, and a certificate of flame resistance is
required for each tent. Inspection will be done on the day of the event.
