Sincerely, �� � cooncy l4�a�isaator � l • � Verdenia C.Baker Robert Robbins, Director Environmental Resources Management RR:JOB:MM:MA � :tn Equa1 Oppommi(y A,(�irmat;ve,acnon emptoyer" RESOLUTION NO. 06-18 A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, INCREASING REVENUES AND EXPENDITURES IN THE GENERAL FUND #001 2017/2018 BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF$12,700.00 RECOGNIZING ADDITIONAL REVENUES FROM PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR MANATEE PATROL SERVICES AS WELL AS RECOGNIZING RELATED OVERTIME EXPENDITURES AND AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO PROCEED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE VILLAGE'S ADOPTED PROCEDURES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the Village currently has a contract with Palm Beach County to provide manatee patrol services in the amount of$15,000.00; and, WHEREAS, Palm Beach County is increasing their contract with the Village of Tequesta for an additional $12,700.00; and, WHEREAS, the Village incurs overtime expenditures for the manatee patrol services; NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA,PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA,AS FOLLOWS: Section 1 Resolution No. 06-18 is hereby approved increasing revenues and expenditures in the General Fund#001 2017/2018 Budget in the amount of$12,700.00 recognizing additional revenues from Palm Beach County for manatee patrol services as well as recognizing related overtime expenditures. Section 2 This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
