2. Background
Currently, Ministerio Internacional Dios Sobrenatural is operating in the town of Jupiter. The
subject applicant requested a special exception use approval to relocate to a 4,200 square foot
freestanding building in the Fashion Mall Shopping Plaza.
The table below indicates that Place of Assembly uses located in the Mixed Use zoning district are
special exception uses (Min. 1,515 sq. ft.).

Notes:
1. Place of assemble shall be within a separate,freestanding building in C-1,C-2,C-3 and MU zoning districts.
Per Section 78-180 (i) (4) "Places of assembly (1,515 square feet or more), subject to the following
conditions:
a. All presentations and events shall be conducted entirely within a building.
b. Allowed accessory uses are: preschool and school facilities; assembly halls, sanctuaries or similar
meeting rooms; community centers or fellowship halls; administrative offices related to the facility;
gift shops for merchandise related to the facility;playgrounds and athletic fields;and rectory orsimilar
residence for facility officials or on-site caretakers, limited to one dwelling unit."
The subject special exception use was heard and approved by the Village Council (5-0) on February
8, 2018. In compliance with Section 78-331. Required; development standards; required facilities and
infrastructure,the subject application must have a site plan review approval.

in special flood hazard areas shall comply with the following:

FINAL REMARKS
This development application met the requirements set on Section 78-334 notice of hearing.The notice
of hearing was advertised on February 5, 2018 for the February 15, 2018 Planning & Zoning Board
meeting.The subject application was postponed to the March 15`h Planning&Zoning Board meeting.

IV. APPLICATION FEES
(1) Review by the Planning and Zoning Board. The Community Development Director or designee shall submit
such application for Planning and Zoning Board review within 45 days of receipt of a completed application.
Fee: A)$300.00 (final appraval) OR B)$500.00 {recommendation to Village Council)
(2) Review by Vi!lage Council. Within 45 days of review by the Planning and Zoning Board, the Community
Development Director or designee shall then submit such application, including the recommendations of the
Planning and Zoning Board,for Village Council review.
Fee:a $300.00 fee plus an additional fee based on the estimated cost of work applies.
ITo cover all additional administrative costs, actual or anticipated, including, but not limited to, engineering fees,
consultant fees and special studies,the applicant shall compensate thevillagefor all such costs prior to the processing of
ithe application or not later than 30 days after final application approval�vhichever is determined as appropriate by the
village.Failure to make such payment may be grounds for not issuing a building or zoning permit,certificate of occupancy
or completion.
Costs associated with advertising for public hearings and other publie notice requirements fthe responsibility of the
