STAFF REVIEW The subject application is seeking approval to modify the exterior buiiding color of the Island House North East Condominium located on the east side of Beach Road. The main building (exterior walls, ceilings of parapets) and carports will be painted Benjamin Moore Navajo White. The trim and accents around the windows, doorframes and railings will remain white. 4. FINAL REMARKS This development application met the requirements set in Section 78-334 notice of hearing.
