9. SPM 1-18: Application from Terrace Communities Tequesta LLC to install a 350 KW
emergency generator, a 3000 gallon above ground fuel storage tank on the rear of the
premises; and, six (6) off-street parking noted as "future" on previously approved site plan.
The address of the property is 400 N. U.S. Hwy 1, Tequesta, Florida, 33469.

10. SEU 3-18: Application from RVT TEQUESTA SHOPPES LLC (known as Tequesta
Shoppes) for a Special Exception Use pursuant to Section 78-177. C-2 District (d) (14)

requesting approval to enclose an existing loading dock space on the rear of Home
Goods/Marshalls tenant space. The subject property is located at 105 N US Hwy 1,
Tequesta, FL 33469.

HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION; LYING IN BLOCK 3 AND ADJACENT TO THE EAST OF
PARCELS 1 AND 4 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT
BOOK 23, PAGE 69 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY,
