7-8 years and had served as President and Secretary during that period. I don't know if that

in the mortgage environment. Trust operations and data processing systems
as a manager, analyst, and programmer on mainframe systems involving
conversions, training, and system evaluation. Last 10 years in mortgage

Radian Guaranty (MI Company) 2001-2004
Contract Underwriter -Retail conforming, FNMA/FHMLC and non-
conforming with many high LTV products requiring PMI. Top producer
in getting loans underwritten. Contracted with Washington Mutual &
Preferred Home Mtg.
Parkway Mortgage 1999-2001
Underwriter -Wholesale and Retail underwriting using various investors
Matrixes. Interaction with brokers, investors and account reps.
American Mortgage Capital 1997-1999
Underwriter/Supervisor -Sub prime underwriter and Coordinator in the
sell of loans to investors, generated reports and calculated pricing. LP used
on fall-out. Supervised HMDA reporting & assisted in new office openings.

Here is a brief resume on myself.
I have a BA degree from the University of North Carolina -Charlotte in Business Administration. After college, I
worked for a local bank for 14 years as a loan officer. I opened my own business Pittman's Hometown Mortgage
Corp in 1998. I am also a licensed REALTOR. I am Past President of the Jupiter/Tequesta Rotary Club, a
member of the Chamber of Commerce, Board of Realtors and Jupiter Light Lodge. I currently reside at 15
Pinetree Circle in Tequesta and have been a Tequesta resident for 9 years. I am also a native of this area
growing up in the Palm Beach Gardens area. I am married and have 2 sons, ages 5 & 8 that reside with me.
