Effective immediately, I'm resigning as a Board Member of the Tequesta Public Safety
Pension Trust Fund. It has been a great experience working with you and the other
Board members, but my responsibilities to the department must come first.
I will have an election ballot sent to the firefighters for a replacement representative.

I recently accepted a position with another police department. My last day working for the e
of Tequesta will be August 2, 2005. For this reason, I will no longer be able to serve as secre
on The Public Safety Pension Board. I will be notifying Gwen sometime today, and will let you
know as soon as a new police representative has been selected. It has been a pleasure serving
the board. I will be in contact with you in person over the next few days. If you have any questions
