Staff Analysis The applicant is requesting approval to install a 1,246 square foot Adoration Chapel that includes landscaping. The proposed improvements increase the impervious square footage to 368,369 sq. ft., and provides for 282,874 (43.44%) of open space which complies with the Code requirements. In addition, the applicant is proposing to install a 32kw emergency generator on the east side of the existing residency building. A white privacy fence currently encloses the existing residency building. Per Code Section 78-299,the proposed generator must be screened: "(2) All emergency generators, air conditioning equipment, pool equipment and similar mechanical equipment shall be screened from public view,from public streets, and from abutting properties. (3)Screening shall be opaque in nature and be constructed in conformity with material approved by the Florida euilding Code, or shall be composed of vegetation that does not violate the village's landscaping code at division 4 of this article."
