4. You have Three (3)Minutes in which to address the Village Council.
Any person rnaking impertinent or slanderous remarks or who becomes boisterous while addressing the Village
Council shall be barred from further audience before the Village Council by the presiding officer, unless
permission to continue or again address the Village Council is granted by the majority vote of the Village
Council Members present.
