Address: �T�S�Golfview I�rive Tequesta, Florida 33469 Legal Description: TEQUESTA LT 307 PCN: 60-42-40-26-0 l-000-3070 The Special Magistrate appointed by the Village Council to hear code compliance cases for tI1e Village of Tequesta, in accardance with Chapter 16�,Florida ;Stat�i�tes, heard testimony at the Code Compliance Special Magistrate Hearing held on the 26'h day of June, 2018. Based on the evidence and testimony presented, the following Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order Finding Violation are hereby entered: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. Respondent is the owner of tfie above-described property. 2. Respondent was not present at the hearing; however, there was a finding of proper notice. 3. Code Enforcement Officer Joe Petrick provided testimony and evidence of the violation, as contained in the Village's evidentiary case file which was accepted into evidence. 4. As of the hearing on June 26, 2018, based on testimony presented by the code enforcement officer, the property was in compliance with Section 46-74, but had not achieved compliance within the time specified in the Notice of Violation. CON�LU�IONS OF LAV�' The above-stated facts constitute a violation of Section 46-74 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Page 1 of 2 oRn��z Respondent is hereby ordered to continue to comply with Section 46-74 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Respondent is assessed $196.44 for administrative costs incurred by the Village prior to June 26, 2018 hearing. �hould you violate the same Sectiol� of the Code again, you may be subjcet to a fne of up to Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per day for such repeat violation. Additionally, the Code Inspector is not required to give a reasonable time to correct the repeat violation and the case may be presented to the Special Magistrate even if the repeat violation has been corrected prior to the Special Magistrate hearing. Upon complying in any code compliance matter, it is always the responsibility of the Respondent to contact the Code CompIiance Division at (S61) 768�-0519 to request a reinspection of the property.
