Please find attached the Village of Tequesta Meeting Schedule and Important Dates list
that has been compiled for Council review and consideration at the December 8, 2005
Regular Council meeting. The list includes the following meetings:
1. Village Council Regular Meetings: Scheduled by Gwen Carlisle, Village Clerk, on
the second Thursday of each month: note change in schedule for meetings in January
and February.
2. Planning and Zoning Board Meetings: Scheduled by Catherine Harding,
Community Development Director, on the first Thursday of each month as required.
3. Board of Adjustment Meetings: Scheduled by Catherine Harding, Community
Development Director, on the third Monday of each month as required.
4. Special Master Hearings: Scheduled by Catherine Harding, Community
Development Director, on the fourth Thursday of each month as required.
5. General Employees Pension Board Quarterly Meetings: Scheduled by Betty
Laur, Recording Secretary, on the third Monday of the following months: February,
May, August and November.
6. Public Safety Employees Pension Board Quarterly Meeting: Scheduled by Betty
Laur, Recording Secretary, on the second Tuesday of the following months:
February, May, August and November.
7. Parks and Recreation Events: Scheduled by Greg Corbitt, Parks and Recreation
Director. A complete list of events and programs is available in the Parks and
Recreation Leisure Times (attached), however; selected events have been listed.
8. Municipal Elections: Seats No. 1, 3 and 5 are up for election. The 2006 Municipal
Election At A Glance (attached) has been submitted by Gwen Carlisle, Village Clerk.
