Bradford, Village Manager DATE: October 23, 1990 RECEIVEI) OCT ILL SUBJECT: Revised Agenda for October 25th Council Meeting Attached is a revised Village Council Meeting Agenda for your use at the October 25th Council Meeting. The changes are as follows: VII (A) This item has been edited for proper wording. VIZ (C) On Monday, October 22nd, Mayor Capretta and I met with Palm Beach County staff members to review the site options that they were faced with relative to construction of the North County (Tequesta) Library. There are apparently only two viable sites for the location of the library. One is south of the Tequesta Post Office and the other is adjacent to Village Hall, immediately north of Village Green Park. There are pros and cons to each site. Mayor Capretta felt that these options should be reviewed by the entire Village Council at the earliest opportunity for your important input. IX (C) Also attached hereto is a copy of a proposed Fee Schedule for violating specific Village codes that could be enforced through the Supplemental Enforcement Procedures outlined in this Ordinance appearing on the Agenda. The proposed Fee Schedule helps to highlight those violations that would be subjected to this process and may be useful during the discussion of this item.
