4. Director of Community Development Reported that He had
Met with DCA, and that DCA was Favorable to Tequesta
Comprehensive Plan
5. Director of Public Works Inquired as to Whether Village
Wished to Replace one Royal Palm at a time or to do
Multiple Replacements.

Proposal from Gee & Jenson would be on the November
Village Council Agenda.
7. Director of Public Works Indicated that the Sidewalk
Extension Project at Tequesta Pines would be on the
November Village Council Agenda.
8. Director of Public Works Indicated that New Air Handler
was Needed at Police Station and Inquired as to Whether
this would be Emergency Purchase.
9. Director of Public Works and Recreation Indicated that
Titty Boom Band had been Selected for Constitution Park
Concert on November 15th.

All Department Heads.

October 23rd.

• Met with Attorneys Relative to Tequesta Plaza at 2:15 pm on
October 26th.
• A Staff Meeting Was Conducted on October 27th Wherein the

1. Director of Community Development told that New Vehicle
Purchase Via State Contract Needed to be done by
January 1999 Village Council Meeting for Bid Award.
2. Director of Public Works Discussed Recreation Center
Cleaning Complaints.
3. Fire Chief Requested that Village Manager and
Department Heads Write Up Expertise in Project
Administration for FEMA Grant for Shutters and
Emergency Generator.
4. Fire Chief Submitted Fire-Rescue Cost Summary Versus
Palm Beach County Fire-Rescue.

6. Director of Public Works Indicated Schedule for Solid
