Kevin Kinnebrew was appointed ~rom an Alternate Member to a Regular
Board of Adjustment Member, leaving an Alternate term open. Miriam
Grzymala has applied and expressed a desire to serve as an
Alternate Member. The current membership of the Board of
Adjustment is as follows:

It is recommended that the Village Council appoint Miriam Grzymala
to serve as an Alternate Member to the Board of Adjustment, with
said two-year term to expire on May 14, 2000.

APPLICATION FOR
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Board shall consist of five regular members appointed by the Village
Council who shall serve without compensation and for a term of three years.
In addition to the regular Board Members, two additional members, to be
designated as Alternate No. 1 and Alternate No. 2, shall be appointed to
serve in that order at meetings of the Board when necessary for any reason
and to have at all times three voting members on said Board as a quorum.
Alternate members shall be appointed for two year terms. Members of the
Board may be removed from office by the Village Council upon written charges
and after public hearing.
