13. Fire Chief requested that the water bill address be
changed during next printing to reflect 250 Tequesta
Drive address;

relative to emergency generator relocation during
construction transpired;
15. Fire Chief requested establishment of a petty cash fund
for Fire-Rescue to be done in accordance with Finance
instructions.
^ Attended the Board of Directors Meeting of the Chamber of
Commerce at 7:45 AM on January 20`h
^ Attended the Mayor/Manager Meeting in Juno Beach at 4 PM on
January 20"'
^ Attended the Employee's Informational Session Relative to
Pro's and Con's for Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution
Retirement Plans at 8:30 AM on January 2130.
^ Attended the Legislative Meeting of the Chamber of Commerce at
8 AM on January 26`h
^ Attended the Employee's Pension Trust Fund Board of Trustees
Meeting at 9 AM on January 27`h.
^ Attended the Manager/Finance Director Meeting in Jupiter at
Noon on January 27"'.
^ Gave a Speech to the Beach Road Association at 4 PM on
February 13` .
^ A Staff Meeting was Conducted at 10 AM on February 2nd Wherein
the Following Items were Discussed:
1. Director of Public Works discussed a depression at the
Seabrook Road and Tequesta Drive intersection;
2. Director of Public Works reported on the status of tree
trimming at Bay Harbor;
3. Director of Community Development provided a status
report relative to Rick-Man;

16. Finance Director reviewed problems in receiving AMEX
receipts and new procedures to ensure timely receipt of
same;
17. Fire Chief reported that to enhance thoroughness of
annually required fire inspections that updated database
of commercial addresses was being sought at this time;
18. Fire Chief announced updating policy and procedures
manual and that same must be approved by Village Council;
19. Fire Chief sought direction relative to countywide
seatbelt campaign at stoplights and advised that Tequesta
does not look favorably upon intersection obstructions.
^ Attended the Local Planning Agency Meeting at 5:01 PM on
February 4th.
