PRESENT: Special Master Paulette Torcivia; Code Enforcement Officer Police Sgt. John
Irovando; Recording Secretary Betty Laur.
Meeting was called to order at 10:00 A.M.
A. Code Enforcement Special Master Torcivia approved the minutes of the
February 25, 1999 hearing as submitted.

Respondent Charles G. Kouns was present at the hearing. Tequesta Code
Enforcement Officer Irovando testified to and introduced evidence of the
violation.
Conclusion of law was that Respondent Charles G. Kouns is in violation of
Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(L)(2) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of
Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, Charles G. Kouns,
shall comply with Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(L)(2) of the Code of Ordinances
of the Village of Tequesta by the 29th day of May, 1999.
If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars
($50.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist.

Respondent Edward J. Bonardi was present at the hearing and testified that he
had forgotten to remove the signs from his truck. Tequesta Code Enforcement
Officer Irovando testified to the violation.
Conclusion of law was that Respondents Edward J. Bonardi and Diane Bonardi
are in violation of Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(L)(2) of the Code of Ordinances
of the Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, Edward J. Bonardi
and Diane Bonardi, shall comply with Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(L)(2) of the
Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
A fine of fifty dollars ($50.00} is assessed for the violation that had existed. A
fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day may be assessed should

Conclusion of law was that Respondents Earnest D. And Kelly Carrere are in
violation of Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(L)(3) of the Code of Ordinances of the
Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, Earnest D. And
Kelly Carrere, shall comply with Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(L)(3) of the Code
of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 29th day of May, 1999.
If Respondents do not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars
($50.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist.

Conclusion of law was that Respondents Matthew A. Pond, Richard G., Jr., and
Nancy A. Pond are in violation of Appendix-A Zoning, Section X(L)(3) of the
Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, Matthew A. Pond,

Richard G., Jr., and Nancy A. Pond, shalt continue to comply with Appendix A-
Zoning Section X(L}(3} of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
A fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) was assessed, said fine to be paid by June 4,
1999, or Respondents will be requested to attend the Special Master hearing on
June 24, 1999, at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357
Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469. A fine of one hundred dollars
($100.00) per day may be assessed should Respondents repeat this violation.
