We define this proposed project as a mutually beneficial cost sharing undertaking between two participating entities designed to fulfill the needs of: The Palm Beach property Appraisers Office for parcel mapping and related tasks, furthermore, 2. The Village of Tequesta for implementation of the Villages GIS and its various design and survey applications. The project area of mutual interest is as follows: The combined areas of the Village of Tequesta (1,i 95 acres) and the unincorporated area in the Greater Village (615 acres), for a total of 1,810 acres. A. Description of the procedure to provide the mutually requested and mutually needed digital geographic digital base maps: • Project planning • Low altitude precision aerial photography (1" = 300') • Horizontal geodetic ground control by Global Positioning System and partially by standard procedures • Preparation of the stereo model diapositives • Model setups and stereo digitizing of the following "basic" ten geographic features 1. All drainage features: coast (shore) lines, lakes, rivers, canals, etc. 2. Sea Walls 3. Roads as indicated by edge of curb or edge of traveled surface where no curbs exist 4.
