(Staff Recommends Approval) *B) Consideration of Authorizing Village Manager Execution of a Hold Harmless, Removal and Perpetual Maintenance Agreement, All With Palm Beach County as a Condition to Issuance of a Right-of-Way Permit for the Tequesta Entrance Sign Project Located at U.S. Highway One and Beach Road.
