Item 6(d) reads: "Employee shall remain in the exclusive employ of the Village during the term of this Agreement unless removed from employment pursuant to Section 7 of this Agreement." Mr. Bradford asked that the following be added after that: "`Exclusive employ of the Village shall not be construed to include occasional teaching performed on employee's time off." Council had no problem with Mr. Spencer teaching. Mr. Bradford pointed out further that the Agreement provides for a base compensation of $48,240 (about equal to what Mr. Spencer is currently making in Greenacres City). Mr. Spencer will be entitled to the same increases in pay as all Village employees. The Agreement also provides for an automobile for Mr. Spencer's use. The Disability clause on page 2 has been deleted. Term of employment shall be indefinite. Nothing shall prevent either party from terminating the services, upon proper procedure. Should the Village decide to terminate Mr. Spencer's services, the Village would provide six month's gross salary upon termination by the Village Manager.
