A Village Council Workshop Meeting was held at 19881 U.S.
Highway One, Tequesta, Florida, the site of the proposed Island
View Broker Motor Vehicle Dealership on Monday, November 21,
1988, at 12:00 noon. Councilmembers present were: Mayor Ron T.
Mackail, Earl L. Collings and Joseph N. Capretta. Village staff
members present were: Thomas G. Bradford, Village Manager. Also
present was Mr. Robert Walsh, agent for the property owners.
The purpose of the meeting was to allow Village
Councilmembers an on-site review of the proposed Motor Vehicle
Dealership and to ask any questions relative to the same.
• Village Councilmembers reviewed the proposed vehicle display
area, areas designated for landscaping or hedging, the existing
structure to be designated as a Vehicle Showroom building, the
proposed service and repair area as well as a proposed Vehicle
Storage Area. After numerous questions and answers relative to
the site and proposed Motor Vehicle Dealer facility and adjacent
properties, the tour of the aforementioned area was concluded at
approximately 12:40 P.M.
