7. "New road" to be provided by developer from U.S. Highway
One to Old Dixie Highway with:
a) 5' sidewalk from U.S. Highway One to western property
line of the project at "new road"
b) Streetlighting to be provided within the median at
• recommended intervals, with either aluminum or concrete
shafts capable of holding double arms with single arms
provided at this time extended over "new road".

c) All unpaved areas of "new road" to be landscaped with
floratam sod.
d) All landscaped areas of "new road" to be provided with
automatic irrigation using city water.
8) All utilities, existing and proposed, shall be placed
underground for both shopping center and "new road".
9) Fifty foot easement for "new road" to be dedicated to
Village prior to issuance of building permit.
10) Twenty-four month performance bond for survivability of
the landscape material required, in an amount to be
determined by the Village based upon the estimated value
of the landscaping.
11) Developer to guarantee in perpetuity the maintenance of
required landscaping with this condition to be
transferable in the event of sale or transfer of title.
12) Name of shopping center to be changed in order to not
conflict with existing shopping center names with emphasis
placed upon architectural theme of center.
13) As requested by the Building Official all documents,
reports and submittals, as determined by the Building
Official, shall be considered as a part of the Site Plan
Review application.
Where not specifically addressed the conditions listed herein
must be completed prior to issuance of the certificate of
occupancy.
