MINUTES OF THE SITE PLAN REVIEW MEETING
January 22, 19$0
715 P.M.
Mayor Brown called the meeting to order and told the audience
the purpose of this meeting was the Site Plan Review for the
Malroit Restaurant.
The Building Official reviewed with Council the Site Plan
Review.
"`Toder asked if the problem of the fire hydrant needed to
=~:~aolved tonight. Butterfield replied that it did not. They
~.~Ye talking about a memorandum from the Superintendent of the
,`a;er Department to the Village Manager that stated there is a
!z~:ed for a larger water main in the area of the restaurant to
~c;vide enough water capacity for five hydrants.
Council talked of their concern of the one way tra~'fic
around the building. Council expressed their desire to remove
• o~; ~ narlcing space to provide for two way traffic around the building.
`ohn Giba, Planning Consultant, told Council that this
:~_ ~`.-~ .grant will have no adverse effect on traffic, Municipal
