A Budget Public I-Iearir~g was held, by the Council of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, on i~~onday, September 29, 1.90 in the Village IIal1, 35? Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida. Councilmembers present were Cook, Little, Ryan and Stoddard. Also present were Robert Harp, Village Manager, Cyrese Colbert, Village Clerlc and John C. Randolph, Village Attorney, Mayor Mapes was out on vacation, Vice-~~layor Stoddard opened the meetin€r and advised that there had been scheduled a second Public 'nearing on the Budget for October 1.~., l~?~0, but when the ivTOtlCe of the vario~zs Dearing dates were sent out :for the entire County tl~:ere was a conflict with the County holding trzeir second hearing also on October 14., 190. Bill Gotwals, 73 Golfview Drive, spoke on merit, increases over across the board blanked; increases. I~Ir. Bob Harmuth, PACERS, assessments on condominiums in Tequesta have inc~°eased~ Ir. Sterling Tremayne, 2? Pine hill Trail ti~Test, spoke on. the budget. I~Ir, Peter Baron, Tequesta Gardens, spoke on .a sessc~erit: the condominiums, Iis.
